Are your watches authentic?

Every piece is described exactly as it is, including its condition, and photographed as the actual stock wherever possible. If you have a question about a specific piece before buying, ask us and we will answer it plainly.

What warranty do I get?

Watches carry the warranty stated on their product page, covering the movement against manufacturing defect from the date of delivery. Batteries, straps, bracelets, crystals and water damage beyond the stated resistance are not covered.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed within one working day. Delivery is typically 2 to 3 working days to major cities and 3 to 5 working days elsewhere in Pakistan. You receive a tracking reference once the parcel is collected.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, across Pakistan. We confirm your address by phone or message before dispatch. Bank transfer is also available if you prefer to pay in advance.

Can I return a watch if it does not suit me?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unworn and complete with its box and tags. Raise the return with us first so we can track it to your order.

How do I know which size will fit me?

Look at lug-to-lug rather than case diameter — it is the measurement that decides whether a watch sits flat on your wrist. Our journal has a short guide, and you are welcome to send us your wrist measurement and we will tell you honestly whether a piece will work.
